Karyne also attributes her knowledge in residential and commercial Real Estate to her father, a Las Vegas developer for the past 38 years.

But the best influence of all is Karyne’s twelve year old daughter, Hannah Marie, whom Karyne calls, "my light in shining armor".

Prior to her real estate career, Karyne’s previous passion was in the television & film industry. She was owner and CEO of her own established casting company. She considers these experiences as invaluable. I have only changed commodities from actors to real estate, but by dealing with actors it helped me understand the needs of people on their own terms. The greatest tools are our ears to listen.
